Proportional Trailer Brake Controller for automatic or manual trailer brake activation. Handles trailers with up to three (3) axles.
Integrated Trailer Brake Control Module allows driver to automatically or manually activate the electronic brakes on properly equipped trailers for greater stopping power on downhill grades. The controller and status display are mounted in the dashboard to the left of the steering wheel, and the included control lever can activate the trailer brakes independent of the truck`s brakes. Drivers can customize the amount of brake force the trailer uses, depending on load requirements.

Great controller, poor install instructions

I just used the controller for the first time and it works great. Easy to dial in the gain and set it to your load. Plus it just looks great. You couldn’t tell it’s not factory installed. The bad part is the install. Overall the install was pretty straight forward. The cigarette lighter was a little hard to remove. There is a special tool you can get at the auto parts store which makes it much easier. Seems Mopar could have easily included this stamped piece of metal. Next difficult part was trying to interpret the vague instructions of where the controller module went. No actual words in the instructions just pictures. FYI the module installs near the firewall. You will see a piece of bare metal (part of the dash frame) that curves up and away from the firewall. This is where the module installs. My experience with just4jeeps was Great. They helped me with my weird payment requirements. They quickly shipped the item and got it to me quickly. Will defiantly be buying parts from them in the future.

I have not used it for trailering yet but the install was easy and it seems to work. The shipping from just for Jeep’s was quick

First of all, very fast shipping from this site, and cheaper price than other for the same product. Good and very simple to use trailer break. I got only one small problem to remove my 12 volts power socket, it was so hard to pull it out. The rest of installation was simple and fast. The best place to reach it any time you need.

Brake controller easy to install, but pretty cheap made for a Mopar part (button sticks)

Again easy to install. Less than an hour. Knob works ok, but center button sticks and have to tap on it to get it to pop out to be able to use it. If I were hauling a trailer all the time this would completely bother me, but just using the camper a few times a year. (hoping it will loosen up and pop in and out easier as time goes by) Would I recommend it? I'm in the middle of yes and no because of button, but easy to install...

Installed this on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. Overall it only took a little over an hour to complete. Worth the time. Works great. Probably the best option for these new jeeps w/tow package.
