This fit my Jeep perfectly. Back story: I got rear-ended and my Grand Cherokee (2012) was in the shop for body work for a week and a half. When it came back this bezel was missing. I didn't notice it for about 8 months at which point it would have been difficult for me to go back and ask them to fix it. Rather than go through the hassle I just got the bezel here and had it shipped to my house. Took me 15 mins to install; the hardest part was figuring out that I needed to get my hand up underneath the bumper between the hitch and the plastic to provide back pressure and let the plastic clips go through the holes in the bumper. Once I did that the install was easy. BTW there are NO instructions in the box so you have to figure it out on your own.
