Wrangler Unlimited Decal

The Decal was delivered ontime as promised. When I applied the decal I cleaned the car surface thoroughly. When I applied the decal as directed it was cloudy and had numerous bumps / dimples that i could not get out. Removed and round filed it. Ill go without.
