Attachment nozzle to hose is horizontal & not vertical

Super easy to install and replace the broken one. Fits great and went in easy. My only issue is that the plastic nozzle attachment that slides into the rubber is horizontal and the original was vertical. The only reason this matters is that the line is made for vertical and not horizontal. So the tension on the line is pretty great and ended up breaking my other (passenger) side nozzle....
