4.7L Exhaust Manifold Custom Order for 2005-2007 Grand Cherokee WK and 2006-2007 Commander XK
Stop exhaust leaks with a new exhaust manifold gasket kit. This gasket kit fits the 2005 to 2007 Grand Cherokee WK and the 2006 to 2007 Commander XK with the 4.7-liter engine. Order either the left (driver's side, part #53034029AD) gasket or the right (passenger side, part #53034030AC) gasket. In addition to the gasket itself, the kit includes the following parts you'll need for replacement:
- Two studs (6508220AA)
- Two studs (6508219AA)
- Four bolts (6507746AA)
- Two exhaust manifold studs (6505699AA)
- Two exhaust manifold flange nuts (6503231)

With the 4.7 having the common issue of exhaust manifold bolts breaking, having this kit available is extremely convenient. The bolts match perfectly with the OEM, and I think the gasket is even higher quality than stock, having both metal and composite materials. It worked great and is nice and quiet now!

This kit is perfect for fixing the common exhaust gasket leak and broken bolt problem on 4.7. Sourcing gaskets and bolts from my local dealer was ridiculously expensive. This kit came with exactly what you need to fix
ProsGreat price and comes with only the parts you need. Otherwise you need to buy a complete bolt kit and gasket set and throw away half the parts.
