Hood Prop Kit for 2007-2018 Wrangler JK
This hood prop kit (Mopar part number 82212798) simultaneously improves convenience, safety and appearance when you're working on your Jeep JK Wrangler. The hood prop kit comes with a pair of gas-charged hood lifts plus the brackets and hardware you need for installation. It replaces the ordinary prop rod that's installed as stock equipment. With the hood prop kit, the prop rod won't be in your way when you're working under the hood and you won't have to worry about bumping into it and causing the hood to fall.

Great product. No more center rod. No drilling, I liked that the best. Probably took me an hour or less. Hood glides up afyer u latching, closes with just a touch. Quick ship smooth transaction. Quality item.
