EASY INSTALLATION

VECHICLE BELONG TO MY FRIEND. VERY EASY TO INSTALL IN 2005 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LAREDO, ENG-3.7 L, V6, AUTO TRANSMISSION. DIDNT WORK CORRECTLY AT FIRST BUT CONTINUE TROUBLESHOOTING. MY OLD ONE WAS DAMAGED INTERNALLY. HAD A TCM CODE AND OTHER CODES FOR INTERNAL COMPUTOR PROGRAMING. BOUGHT A NEW PCM ( POWER CONTROL MODULE ) AND JEEP RUNNING GOOD. I ALSO HAD TO REPLACE THE INGITION POWER SWITCH AND HEADLAMP/TURN SINGAL SWITCH ASSY ON THE LEFT SIDE OF COLUMN. THIS WAS ALL DONE WITH NO HELP FROM THE DEALER TECHS. PARTS WHERE FOUND AND BOUGHT ON THE INTERNET.
ProsIF THIS WILL HELP SOMEONE. INFO ON PARTS BOUGHT. 1. SHIFT MECHANISM AT JUST FOR JEEPS, 2. INGITION ELECTRICAL SWITCH AND HEADLAMP/TURN SIGNAL ASSY AT ADVANCE AUTO. 3. PCM AT ALL COMPUTOR RESOURCE. INC. GIVE VIN AND SOME INFO. THEY PROGRAM AND FOLLOW INSTALLATION PROCEDURES. RETURN OLD PART BACK TO THEM.
