OME replacement

After a minor mixup I got the correct part. It was a simple and easy job to remove and replace the drivers side visor on my Jeep.
ProsThe customer service rep I spoke with on the phone was polite and efficient. Sent my correct part straight away. Actually he was one of the best service reps I?ve dealt with in quite a while. Kudos to him and the company for handling it quickly.
ConsI received the wrong visor, passenger vs. drivers side after ordering online. The part list showed and listed the order number I used. Unfortunately it was incorrectly listed on the website. I checked twice before ordering it but the mixup occurred. Wasn?t a fatal flaw only an inconvenience.

Excellent product but at a high cost!

The visor replaced the factory visor just like stock. I think Jeep needs to re-think the price of the visor. My 2012 JKUR stays inside and only has 50k miles on it. The rubber lip that fits into the slot broke apart.
