Since these grill trim rings are paintable you can customize the look of the grill rings and headlamp rings on your JL Wrangler to any color you like to give your Jeep your personal touch.

Removed the silver inserts and headlight trim and installed these unpainted black inserts and headlight trim. Jeep looks much better, no painting needed.

This is exactly what I wanted. Looking to change my silver Sahara inserts into black inserts, fairly straightforward install (lots and lots and lots of plastic retainer clips) but an amazing difference. Would be easy to paint as well!

I love the result of this and wish I had done this sooner. From day 1, I never liked these silver accents. I contemplated changing to the satin black MOPAR grill... but love the Granite color and the paint match look. This gives the front such a classic and iconic look while keeping the stock feel.

ConsNeither the grill nor bezel come with any instructions. However, you can find some helpful tips online (jlwranglerforums)

I love the black grille insert. I special ordered my Rubicon with the all black wheels and the black grille completes the look. The fact that this is a Mopar part means the dealership didn't balk at installing it for me before I even picked up my Jeep.
