Chrome Front Bumper Accent

I returned this item as the part description did not specify that you were required to take the front bumper skin completely off the vehicle to install this part and the part did not come with any instructions to install it. That information would have been nice to know ahead of time as I would not have ordered it. Was not going to risk damaging the front bumper skin trying to remove that whole piece from the front of the Cherokee just to add this accent piece. There are other chrome accessories that are held on with double sided tape and I thought this item was installed in the same way so I ordered it.
