Introducing a first of its kind Rostra LED daytime running lamp system for the 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. They crafted a unique LED lamp mounting system by utilizing the unused space of the Wrangler's front fender flares. Featuring two ultra-bright 5-LED lamps, custom cut-in fender bezels, and vehicle-specific wiring harnesses, a Rostra DRL system provides a complete solution for increasing a vehicle's on-road visibility. And with their ability to automatically dim when a vehicle's headlights are powered on, so the lights are not a distraction to other drivers at night.

Running lights look Great

This is the second set I have bought, I have them on my other Jeep Wrangler also. They have been on the other Jeep for about 3 years and the new pair just went on about a week ago. They look Great, add a little class to the Jeep and help you see at night. Would definitely recommend and well worth the price.

Great look and easy installation

First, as someone who has just finished upgrading my Jeep with over 20 different mods, I can say without hesitation that the instructions provided for these lights is the best I have seen. The video walks you through step by step so that there are no doubts about what you should do. That being said, installation was a breeze as long as you have the right tools. A Dremel is a must! And once they're installed they are fantastic. It's very assuring knowing I have DRL's now, especially when it's hazy or before the regular lights kick in. The only slight con is that the color temp (4800) is warmer than my headlights (6000); the yellowish tint it almost makes them look like they're not LEDs.

Be aware!

Be aware...the design of these DRL's is less than one would expect for the $300. cost. The two Bolt Studs in the LED housing are set in plastic so you must be very careful not to over tighten or the bolt will separate from housing. I first used 10 mm metric bolts to secure the Back Bexel by hand than used the supplied 10 mm lock nuts and gently wrench tightened them.
ProsLights work as advertised. Look great on Jeep.
ConsMissing from the instructions is an explanation about the fuse looking devices inserted in the wiring harness. You add your fuses along side those already inserted. Don?t remove and replace.

Excellent product, gives my JKU Runicon the look of the new JL. The LED lights and wiring harness are high quality. The installation was straight forward and the directions very clear.The Rostra LED's make the JK more visible and add dimension to the front of the Jeep.

Tough lights

Bought these for my husband two years ago. He said he was JL before there was a JL. We got into a crash and cracked the bumper and fender. These lights had the frame cracked but kept on. My husband was able to push the light back in. We will be ordering new lights to put in the new fender shortly. A really great product.

This product changed the look of my JK! I have a 2017 and it now looks like the new 2018-2019! I haven't had them long enough to say they are long lasting, but hopefully they will be. I highly recommend these. The dealership that installed them for me were equally impressed.
ProsDressed up my JK and gave it a very unique and new look.
ConsNo cons so far, except to say I did not risk installing these myself since it requires cutting into the fender wall for them to fit. A little expensive to have the dealership install them, but it was worth it.

Great product, easy to follow directions,and look good when installed. Using a good tool to cut out the fender opening is a must.

i thought i had a bad module according to Rostrathe guys decided to send me just the module which was great since lights already on vehiclethen next day fixed a connection.. ALL GOODsent new module backBut they were awesome and willings to help me out and were very helpful

The lights were easy to install, took me about an hour. The hardest part is cutting out the fenders. The wiring was easy. The lights look like a factory installation.
